Terms & Conditions with HD Horseboxes

• The hirer must be the driver and fill in all paperwork and pay the rental
• We require for the insurance the detailed personal information and this is all private and confidential. 
• You will need to provide code for DVLA driver check
• The driver must have no more than two 3 point offences
• The driver must be over 25 but under 70 years old
• The driver must provide a copy of their driving licence and 2x secondary forms of ID

• We can accommodate most start/end times - to be agreed before the hire is due to start
• We can extend the hire if required ( subject to availability)
• Collection/delivery service possible - subject to availability and small fee
• Journey purpose and amount of horses travelling is required information
• The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of diesel and fully cleaned out - or the holding deposit may be forfeit.
• Holding deposit of £100 is required and returned upon return of the vehicle in required condition
• The vehicle is fitted with a tracker

• Can accept any animals including horses, ponies, donkeys and other domestic / farm animals
• All horses must travel with their appropriate documentation
• The payload (carry capacity)  of the vehicle is disclosed before hire and it is the hirer's responsibility to make sure the vehicle is NOT overweight.

Accidents and damage from horses can happen and HD Horseboxes needs to be notified immediately. Any minor damage can be repaired by our workshop at full cost to the hirer. In the event of major damage or an accident the insurance company will take control and the hirer will be liable for the full excess amount.
